Dr. Hemmes |
 Dr. David K. Hemmes joined Foot and Ankle Specialists of Iowa in September 2003. Originally from Hilo, Hawaii, Dr. Hemmes has made the move to Iowa. He has graduated from Central College in Pella and Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He has completed residencies in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Caritas Carney Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Hemmes is looking forward to providing quality podiatric medical care to Cedar Rapids and the surrounding communities. Dr. Hemmes is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Iowa Podiatric Medical Society (IPMS) and an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Hospital privileges include St. Luke's Hospital, Anamosa Hospital, Mercy Medical Center and the Surgery Center Cedar Rapids. |
